If you have questions about Christianity or are a new Christian, we would love to invite you to join the next Alpha course.

Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life. The Alpha course consists of a series of talks, looking at topics such as 'Who is Jesus?' and 'Why and how do I pray?', with the option of a weekend away.  We meet for worship and a 20 minute DVD video by Nickey Gumble. Each talk is followed by snack, discussion, and fellowship in small groups.

9:00am Welcome
A welcome from the course leader

9:05am Talk
A talk on the topic for the evening, such as 'Who is Jesus?', and 'Why and how do I pray?'.

 

9:20am Small Groups
You break up into your small groups for a relaxed and informal discussion time. The small group consists of around 6 people, including one or two 'leaders' who will host the group and lead the discussions. This is a time when you can ask any questions that you may have, discuss the talk, study the Bible etc.

 

9:45am End
The meeting will end no later than 9:50am so we can worship together at 10:00am.
